Our collaborative work ensures the development of outstanding teachers, subject specialists, tutors and associate professionals. The Trust has a strong pipeline of experienced leaders with a record of transformation in education.

Our staff share an ethos of raising aspirations, unlocking potential and securing the best possible future for all the children and young people attending our schools.

The Trust promotes professional collaboration through a network of whole school leadership and subject-specific Driver Groups, which provide the vehicle for researching, developing and sharing best practices to ultimately impact practice across the Trust.

All staff within the organisation have a
part to play in the Trust/Academy school
improvement process and as such, the
seven pillars feature to some extent in
everyone’s daily practice
