Our Profeshional Behaviours
At Maltby Learning Trust, our Values Statements and Professional Behaviour Framework—also referred to as our Code of Ethics—outline our guiding principles and the standards we uphold as an organisation. This framework defines what we believe in and establishes how all members of our Trust community are expected to conduct themselves, whether interacting with students, colleagues, parents and carers, or other stakeholders.
This code serves as a moral compass, informing our decisions and setting a benchmark for evaluating actions across the Trust. It also enables every employee to measure their commitment to the Trust’s expectations, ensuring alignment with our shared values.
