Phased development & timeline

Repurposing the old Grammar School building will create a facility capable of meeting the aspirations of the community, culturally and educationally delivering outstanding experiences and opportunities for all.

The repurposing of the redundant grammar school building will create a mixed use, flexible complex providing a new Post 16 centre for Maltby Academy, a facility to support training and lifelong learning courses, bookable workspaces and meeting rooms and the Trust’s central services. The Trust’s services would provide management for the complex and provide support for all users including start-up businesses.

The work will be carried out in three phases: 

PHASE 1 - Post 16 Centre
PHASE 2 - LOWER GROUND FLOOR 
PHASE 3 - UPPER GROUND FLOOR
